1. Agreement

By using kansoclean.com or joining the KANSO waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Waitlist & reservations

Joining the free waitlist gets you launch-day access and updates. A priority reservation requires a $5 fully refundable deposit. The deposit is credited toward your order at checkout, or refunded on request, no questions asked.

Joining the waitlist does not create a binding order. Pricing, product specifications, and ship dates are subject to change before launch and will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

3. Pricing

Expected launch prices shown on this site are estimates while we finalize production. The final price will be displayed clearly before you complete any purchase. Sales taxes, duties, and shipping may apply.

4. Refunds

Priority deposits are refundable at any time before shipment. Email hello@kansoclean.com and we'll process it within 5 business days. Once KANSO ships, our standard return policy applies and will be provided with your order.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or stolen contact information.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or scrape the site.
• Use the site to violate any law or third-party right.

6. Intellectual property

The KANSO name, logo, product designs, copy, and imagery are owned by KANSO and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The site and any pre-launch information are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to be accurate but make no promises about ship dates, availability, or final feature set until your order is confirmed.

Product images shown on the site are renders. Actual product may differ in appearance and functionality.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KANSO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or waitlist. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us (which, for the waitlist, is at most the $5 deposit).

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
