2. Information we collect

• Email address when you join the waitlist or reserve a unit.
• Reservation details including tier (free waitlist or priority deposit) and the launch price shown to you.
• Device & usage data such as browser user agent, an anonymous visitor ID stored in your browser, and basic analytics about pages visited.
• Payment information processed by our payment provider when you place a deposit or order. We never see or store full card numbers.

3. How we use it

• To send you launch updates, shipping info, and order confirmations.
• To run anonymous A/B tests on pricing and messaging so we can build a better product.
• To prevent fraud and abuse.
• To comply with the law when required.

We don't sell your data. Ever.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (email delivery, payment processing, hosting, analytics). They're contractually bound to protect your information and use it only for the services we've asked them to perform.

5. Cookies & local storage

We use first-party cookies and browser local storage to remember your waitlist status and assign you to a pricing test variant so your experience stays consistent across visits. You can clear these at any time from your browser settings.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or have it deleted entirely by emailing hello@kansoclean.com. We'll respond within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email by clicking the link at the bottom of the message.

7. Data retention

We keep waitlist data until you ask us to delete it or until the launch campaign concludes. Order data is retained as long as required for tax, accounting, and warranty purposes.

8. Children

KANSO is not directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we'll update the date above and, where required, notify you by email.
